Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
We ship to Australia, the United States, and Canada. All orders are fulfilled and shipped domestically from our local warehouses, which means faster delivery and no international customs delays for our international customers.
Shipping Costs
Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $5. Orders of $150 or more ship free of charge. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Processing and Dispatch
We pride ourselves on fast dispatch. Orders placed before 12:00pm (noon) local time are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be dispatched the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Carriers
We work with a range of trusted carriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
In Australia we use Australia Post and StarTrack.
In the United States and Canada we use UniUni, Better Trucks, Amazon Shipping, FedEx, CirroEcommerce, and OnTrac.
The carrier used for your order is selected based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
If your order is large (over 20kg), it may be split into multiple parcels. In this case you will receive a separate tracking email for each parcel. This is completely normal — your full order is on its way.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your tracking has not updated and you are concerned about your order, please contact us at customercare@topbuxus.com.au with your order number. We will lodge an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
If the issue is unresolved within 10 business days of the last tracking update, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. If your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer you a full replacement or refund — your choice.
You will never be left out of pocket for a lost parcel.
