30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at customercare@topbuxus.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. This includes situations where you no longer want the product, ordered the wrong item, or found it cheaper elsewhere.

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items

We will gladly accept returns and offer a replacement or full refund if you received the wrong item, your order arrived damaged during transit, or the product is faulty or not as described.

If your order falls into one of these categories, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at customercare@topbuxus.com.au with your order number and the following evidence:

For transit damage or incorrect items — please send clear photos of the damaged product and the outer packaging. Please do not dispose of the packaging until your claim has been resolved.

For product defects such as a sprayer not working — please send a short video of 10 to 30 seconds showing the issue, after confirming the product has been set up correctly.

We cannot proceed with a claim or resolution without the relevant photo or video evidence. This helps us assess the issue quickly and get the right outcome for you.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

Opened or used products — once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned for change of mind.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Any item not in its original condition or packaging is not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right product is to return your original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the correct item. Contact us at customercare@topbuxus.com.au to get started.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
